Marion Athletic Booster Club
The Marion Athletic Booster Club
now has a web site! Thanks to Mary Jane Cage, this web site can
be accessed via the MHS Athletics web page or directly through the

Girls Basketball
The Girls Basketball Teams hosted Navarro on Tuesday, November 25th. The Varsity jumped out to a 12-0 lead after the first
quarter and cruised to a 46-39 victory. They played great team defense
and were very patient offensively, which led to some easy baskets.

The boys basketball team played
Pleasanton on Saturday, November 29th. The Varsity lost 48-60 in a hard
played game.

boys record is now 1-2.
Band Booster Raffle
Band Boosters are raffling a 21 HP John Deer lawnmower with a landscape
trailer along with hand made crafts; dinner for 4 at Mr. Gattis-Seguin
(3 chances to win); $50.00 gift certificate to Texas Roadhouse and a
Ratchet & Screw- driver set. Raffle tickets are $10.00 each or 6
for $50.00. Tickets can be obtained at all home football games, Marion
Trade Days, or by contacting any booster member.
Tickets are on sale now and the drawing is December 11, 2008 at the
Christmas concert. For any questions contact Sharon Schaefer at

Yearbooks on Sale
The 2008-2009 yearbooks are now on sale. You may order
online or pick up an order
form in the Main Office or the North Campus Computer Lab. The
deadline to order with any personalization is April 29, 2009. For more
information contact a yearbook staff member or Ms. Blakey at
830-914-2803 ext. 152. Personal Ad information will be available soon.
The 2007-2008 Yearbooks are still on sale although no
personalization or options are available. The late order price is
$55.00. Order
forms may be printed or obtained from the main office or North
Campus Lab.
